When a parameter is missing or invalid, please do not just return "Missing parameter" followed by a list of /all/ parameters there are. Just return the parameter that is actually missing. (expected:...)
This request applies to ArcGIS Enterprise utility tools (on Linux for example configureportal, configureserver, configuredatastore, configurewebadaptor,...), but also when installing the products silently via cli.
