For an administrator of an ArcGIS Portal, it would be useful to have the ability to sign in as another user.
This functionality would help to test if a user has all the privileges for an app (for exemple a web app builder app). Privileges for the webmap (and layers) but also services used in custom widgets.
When a user is calling the administrator for a problem, it would be very useful to reproduce his environment to help him
