ArcGIS Enterprise documentation is really helpful. Why isn't there a help button on the Portal home page that takes you directly to the documentation? Why not have more contextual links to Portal documentation throughout the user experience? The same seems to go for ArcGIS On-line.

Thank you for providing us with this feedback. When accessing the organization without credentials, there is a Help tab at the top of the page, for example:
Were you thinking you'd like to see this tab after sign in as well?
For signed in members, the current experience includes help entry points from the member's account, apps, and many tools, for example:
We also have an administrative option to toggle from local/installed help to web help, for those organizations who prefer that experience. More about that setting here.
Hope this helps - please let me know where you think other optimal locations to access help are and we're happy to consider adding them at a future release.
Thank you @SaraSanchez this is helpful! I do think it would be nice to have the Help link available after sign-in as well, especially because most of the Portals I work with have automatic log-in and account creation enabled. That makes it easy to miss that the Help link is available through the profile drop-down menu.
