Our Organization utilizes both ArcGIS Enterpise(10.9.1) as well as ArcGIS Online. We have configured our Enterprise to use ArcGIS Online Utility Services (Geocode, Geoenrichment, Network etc) using a shared built-in ArcGIS Online account (for reference I will call this as AGOL Service Account). This service account is exclusively used for configuring utility services within Enterprise. Anonymous access is disabled in our Enterprise, all members sign-in using SAML - ADFS. With this setup, anyone from Enterprise can use Utility Services from AGOL using behind the scene AGOL Service Account.

As an ArcGIS Enterprise administrator, I would like to have the ability to see which Member inside the Enterprise utilized AGOL credits for Utility Services.

Recently we received a notification for AGOL Service Account reaching the set limit for credits. From AGOL credit usage Dashboard, I can see the high credit usage by AGOL Service Account for running Service Area analysis (screenshot attached). But, inside Enterprise, there isn't a way to find out which member utilized all these credits.

P.S: ESRI support hasn't been able to provide the answer to this scenario.

Same here, I just got an alert that our "AGO Service Account" used up all its credits. I would love to know who used them all! Luckily, I had only allocated it a limited portion, but I would like to reach out to that user to chat about what they're trying to accomplish and what their best options might be. Right now, all I can go off is who signed in today and has the appropriate permission to do this, but it's still multiple people to go through.
