Status of "Service Interceptors"

What is the status of Extend hosted feature services in ArcGIS Enterprise through service interceptors?
I expected it to be released with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5...

Hi Simon - service interceptors are currently available as part of a closed beta program with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5.  I will reach out to you directly via email for additional information.
