I am currently unable to select the thermal template for use with my DJI Mavic 3T media. As soon as I add my thermal images folder, the template switches from thermal to 2D. Is there a way to correct this?
Brent - sorry for the delay in responding to you. This is done by design - we are not able to create 3D products from thermal IR imagery, so you're limited to 2D processing. In the upcoming version 2023.2 (to be released soon), we'll add the ability to generate a True ortho if you have adequate overlap. In the current version your output will be a traditional frame-based orthomosaic.
