GCPs not ontop of image after reprocessing

Hi there, I imported my 5 GCPs, linked them to 6 images per GCP and then reprocessed everything (Adjust Images, Densification, 2D Products, 3D Products) but still can't get the GCPs and image to link. Both GCPs and Map have the same spatial reference. All 5 are off between .2 and .6 meters. What step am I missing? Thanks for any help.
