That this has not been fixed in 6 years is frankly unacceptable. I say fixed because the dashboard product is essentially broken without manual sorting. It never should have been released without this most basic and logical of a feature. It isn't a nice to have, its a fundamental flaw in the product. Fix it ESRI!!!
