Layers will not Load in field map or collector

We have recently installed and configured Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Server. We published the data using ArcGIS Pro and created a web map, Field maps and Collector enabled. The issue is I can see the map on the Field Maps app but the layers will not load.  I have checked permission's on layers etc and it still does not work.

I am having similar issues. Mine was working for awhile until I attempted to use offline mode, but now it won't show any of them again. Field Maps feels a little half baked. Is it the same for you in Collector?

It is happening in Field maps and Collector.

One layer must be editable. I had that issue before as well.

I figured it out. It was a networking issue.
