Layers will not Load in field map or collector

Question

We have recently installed and configured Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Server. We published the data using ArcGIS Pro and created a web map, Field maps and Collector enabled. The issue is I can see the map on the Field Maps app but the layers will not load.  I have checked permission's on layers etc and it still does not work.

I figured it out. It was a networking issue.

One layer must be editable. I had that issue before as well.
