How to change SRID of a created feature class?

Question

I accidentally created a feature class without specifying its XY cooridinate System when using "create feature class from XY table" function. Although I can change it in properties, I cannot update the SRID to "2326" as shown in the attached image. How can I achieve this? Thanks.

You cannot change the coordinate reference after a feature class has been created.  If your data hasn't changed from the source, you can start over at import, otherwise you'll need to export all but the geometry, then start over.
