While editing allow split line on vertices and Split line on point with in the Optional Output feature class.

Should have option to split line on vertices without now output.

Also there is a split line by vertices tool and split line by points tool? So not sure what you are asking?

Hi Adnan Zahoor Abbasi‌ Could you please clarify whether this is an idea/question about editing or geoprocessing? The description talks about splitting a line while editing, but then you show a screenshot of the Points to Line geoprocessing tool.
