Request Management Solution - date service submitted/requested is not being saved

Hello,

When a GIS Service Request is submitted, the date of submission is not being saved. This worked on the first few test submissions but is no longer working. The 'Submitted on' column under activities in the GIS Request Management Center is blank.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where to fix this?

@StephenKing3 - Did you happen to change any of the editing settings for the GIS_Activities feature layer? The 'Submitted On' (created_date) field is an AGOL system field for editor tracking. If editor tracking was disabled, this could be a reason for the submission dates not coming through.
