Delete all FGDC metadata after upgrading to ArcGIS metadata

After upgrading metadata to ArcGIS 10 format both the ArcGIS and the partially stale FGDC metadata is displayed. We need a tool to delete all FGDC metadata after upgrading - so metadata is carried in just one place.
