KML/KMZ to Feature Layer in ArcGIS Online

Need the ability to use KML or KMZ files inside of Collector without going throgh ArcMap or other desktop software. 

Currently, this requires going to a 3rd party web based tool to convert the KML/KMZ to a SHP file, then upload the SHP to ArcGIS Online.  While this extra step is not time intensive, it would make it much easier for customers to just upload the KML directly to ArcGIS Online and specify whether they would like a Feature Layer created.
