Create Intuitive Feature Template Instructions in ArcGIS Online

Creating and using feature templates is difficult and not intuitive in ArcGIS Online.  Help does not include step by step instructions that are meaningful and limited pictures that do not really convey the process of creating a feature service (from within ArcGIS Online), creating feature templates, and then using these to "Add", "Edit", and "Remove"/"Update" features.


There is a lot of back and forth with the "Add Features" dialog box for editing, then turning off the Add Features box to then select a feature to edit.

Update the help and instructions (and/or use videos).
