Allow telephone numbers in Collector to be Hotlinks

I have inspectors who use Collector in the field. At times they need to call the owner/contact of a facility. The Collector app contains contact phone numbers. It would be helpful if they could just tap the number in Collector and call the contact rather than copying/trying to remember the number and dialing it.
