Dataset.GetDatastore returns UnknownDatastore for shapefiles

Dataset.GetDatastore method returns UnknownDatastore for shapefile datasets while Shapefile is expected. It was so in 1.3 and still is in 1.4

Hi,

Augmenting the implementation for GetDatastore could not be completed for the 1.4 release. It will be available for the next release.
