Symbology

Question

Hello I'm seeking some help in figuring out what is wrong with my symbology within my feature classes. My feature classes are stored  within a SDE database. When I try to go and click on a feature in my Create Feature window, there is no symbology for the feature,(See Attachement). There fore the features symbology doesn't show up on the map either. I'm currently using 10.4 Arcmap.

Yes, I have them in lyr.for the symbology.

Some possibilities:

* Is there currently a symbology layer stored in SDE for the feature classes?  For example, is there a .lyr file for the feature class?  If not, you may need to create .lyr files from the existing symbolized feature classes.

* Or is the issue more specifically that the feature class is correctly symbolized in the Table of Contents in ArcMap (with either the use of a lyr file or symbology created manually), but the in the Create Features window the Template does not show the symbology?  If that is the case, you may need to work on the FeatureTemplates.
