TPK from SD Card on Android Oreo

Hello,

I am trying to load a basemap TPK from my sd card on my Android phone.  I get an error when trying.  "Load error, can not read the folder".

Folder is named TPK

I also tried a shapefile and I got the same error.  I then moved the shapefile to the internal storage and still got the same error.

Hi Adam Olson,

The function of ArcGIS Earth test cases are passed. There may be errors in both cases.

1，This file is incomplete, such as incomplete download and incomplete transmission.

2，Users actively shut down the privilege operation of app to read files.
