Add ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption to the plist

I need to add this to the plist file:

<SPAN class=""> <key>ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption</key><false/></SPAN>

How can i do it?

Unfortunately, if you are building IPA file using Cloud Make service, we don't have a way to add this key, ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption, to the plist today, AppStudio 4.1. The only way to do it today is if you do Local Make, then add this key to the plist manually. 

I am adding this as an enhancement to our internal issue system, but feel free to also contact Esri Technical Support‌ to have an official enhancement created so that it can be tracked.
