We are adding Google satellite map as basemap, and adding an esri layer on top of the Google map.
When we trying to move(Pan) the map, google satelilte map is moving properly, but the esri layer is not, esri layer is always fixed on his same location
Looking for your help ASAP, on how to solve this issue.
