Not sure that this is the correct location for this question, feel free to move it.
Has anyone run into a specific user's machine being listed as having an ArcMap license OUT at a specific time and then in being IN approximately 30-40 mins later. The kicker being that this user is NOT in ArcMap nor ArcCatalog at the time. This is also occurring every hour at one minute past, starting at approximately 3pm and running until midnight. We are not sure if it is starting earlier in the day as of yet. We only discovered it this week - who know if it has been occurring before now. The license manager was just recently bounced,
