I couldn’t figure out how the finish sketch\finish part can be performed when an adjacent polygon is digitized as shown in the screenshots below.

The finish sketch\finish part tools are available while working with regular feature classes.

The reason you are getting this message because the ACTIVE (buildable) construction lines dont form a closed loop. After marking all those lines unbuildable, you are not left with a closed loop. The construction environment will only build a parcel from a closed loop. You need to figure out how to get a closed loop for the parcel you want to build and mark the rest of the lines you dont want as unbuildable. That means you may need to digitise in additional lines for the shared boundary (which was marked unbuildable). Once again - parcels in the parcel fabric are ONLY EVER created from closed loops.

I’m aware that the parcel editor toolbar is different from the standard editor toolbar. What really makes the fabric complicated is when working with its editing.

Here I just wanted to know how I can finish the sketch! That’s all.

You dont "finish a sketch" in the parcel fabric. You close a traverse. Any data created in the parcel fabric should reflect the legal recorded document. That means that the user must close a parcel (finish a sketch) The user must look at the misclose of the parcel to determine if there were any blunders in the parcel data entry (parcel misclose is very important - the standard editor does not report parcel misclose)

All dimensions must reflect the legal recorded document - that means these dimensions must be entered and controlled by the user.

How the behavior below can be explained (please, have a look on the screenshots):

The “construct from parent” tool is applied for Parcel #6
A polygon that shares one of its boundaries with parcels#6 is digitized and the sketch is finished by the “delete rows”.
Digitizing an adjacent polygon to parcel#6 with this approach causes Parcel#6 to be duplicated! Why polygon#37 is automatically digitized on top of parcel#6?
