ErrorMessage: The topology name is invalid

I am trying to create mobile map package through Arcgis Pro 2.4 from our own network dataset to use in collector for Arcgis for the first time.

But i am not sure why this error is coming :

StatusMessage: The topology name is invalid. ErrorMessage: The topology name is invalid.
