When a machine is not connected to the web the way to get a license is to create authorize.txt file or get the machine ID from the license manager. In all the machines I checked there are 2-3 lines of UMN (see screen shot).
We have one machine that we would like to install license manager on there is only one line.
ESRI cannot create a license file on this number. The authorize.txt has only one line too.
Does anybody have any idea what can be different on this machine and how to we get the second line?
