How to change the extent of a global dataset in ArcGlobe?

Hi,

I'm just preparing an avi-file with ArcGlobe 10.5.1 following a flight line along the equator. Surprisingly, north and south pole and its surroundings are not visible as we usually know it from a globe. Can I change somewhere the visible extent in the settings?
