I created a Geodatabase with different point layers and assigned domains to specific fields. In the domain menu I have the code and a description. As I understand it, the description is what drives the pull down menu in the form for CrowdSource Reporter. However, the pull down menu is showing the code and not the description. For example, the pull down menu displays "BikeConn" when it should read "Bike Connectivity" In the web map containing the layers, the descriptions display correctly in the table of contents, and when I add geography, the pull down menu choices are correct.
