We are trying to understand how you can override the default behavior of shift+drag so that is doesn't zoom-in. We are implementing drag filtering where the user uses shift+drag to create a rectangle on the map.

Meaning no docs for 4.2 or no implementation?

Be sure to include a tag for 4.2 or something in your text letting us know you are working with 4.2.
There is no equivalent for 4.2 yet.
This was very helpful, thank you. I can't seem to find an equivalent in 4.2. And when I try it the 'load' event never fires.
