hi when im running my model in arc-map it gives me an error"error 000601_locked by another application" but when i Right click,edit my model and run it it works. why isn't it working from outside?
This looks related to Model Will Not Overwrite in "Open" Mode
One thing to try is make sure you validate the model and save it before running it as a tool to make sure there are no layers in memory.
Do you have the attribute table of one of your input layers open?
