Update Parameters Execution Error

We have 3 new pc in our organization with OS windows 10 Pro, but after we installed ArcGIS 10.6 many tools (Analysis tools, Conversion tools) don't run and this message is appearing during the processes. Any idea what might be wrong?

Hi Argyro,

did you figure out why the tools didn't work in the end?
I might be facing the same problem under ArcGIS 10.7.1, 'cause lots of analysis/conversion tools are not working properly.
