They are in different tier groups, so System is 1 in its tier group and CP is 1 in its.
That's what I would think, but my system and pressure subnets are not generating, whereas I had no trouble getting them built with UPDM 2018, and I thought it may be due to the CP tier. I'm clearing out the topology right now, and when I re-enable it I'll see if I can give you some better details as to what I'm seeing.
Aha! My associations failed to import. I tried exporting them, and nothing came out.
Well, this is weird. With UPDM 2018 my associations came in slick as snot. Now they're coming in, but meaningless. Just a heads up, I need to reanalyze my scripts.
