os dados mencionados no livro não são encontrados nos recursos do livro baixado, pegue o capítulo 3 como exemplo, não há gdb nem *.mxd em *\chapter3

I don't have the book at hand but it appears to use ArcGIS Pro - there are ArcGIS Pro packages for download in chapter 4 and 5. The .mxd format is not used by ArcGIS Pro; it creates maps within a .aprx ArcGIS Pro Project file.
