Is anyone having issues with IE9 and Web App Builder. I was so upgraded to IE10 and have found that web app builder is sluggish. Also I have added an ArcGIS service and the popup will not work under any circumstances, even though that service popup works in AGOL and Flex App Builder. I get a window with No Information Available.

These are all known issue in Beta 2.
