Problema na instalação do ArcGIS Extensibility SDK para Silverlight

<\/HEAD>Eu já instalei com sucesso o ArcGIS para Sharepoint. Quando tentei instalar o ArcGIS Extensibility SDK para Silverlight 2.4, recebi um erro dizendo "A versão deste arquivo não é compatível com a versão do Windows que você está executando. Verifique as informações do sistema do seu computador para ver se você precisa de uma versão x86 (32 bits) ou x64 (64 bits) do programa, e então entre em contato com o fornecedor do software." O que esse erro significa? Este extensibility SDK não suporta sistema 64 bits? Não consegui encontrar nenhum documento relacionado a este problema. Qualquer ajuda é apreciada!<\/SPAN> Estou usando Windows 7 Professional e tenho Visual Studio 2010 e Sharepoint 2010. O ArcGIS API para Silverlight 2.4 também foi instalado.<\/SPAN><\/BODY><\/HTML>

Try downloading the SDK setup again. The error seems to indicate that the file is corrupt because you received Windows error message "this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running". The setup never seems to have run and there is not a check in the setup for the Operating System.

You're right! There is no signal for me that this file is corrupt. I re-download it again and this time it works. Thanks!

Hi Jian,

Right click on setup file and select run as administrator. Most of the time this helps in resolving the installation related issue in windows 7.

Thanks Rahul, It seems not the case though.

When run it as administrator I got another error saying that Windows cannot find the file and ask me to make sure the name is correct and try again. This doesn't make sense because I right click the file and the file name cannot be wrong. Then I tried troubleshooting compatibility tools provided by windows 7 and the diagnose is that this file is compatible for Windows XP (Service Pack 2).

If this is true, is there any 64-bit compatible version of this Extensibility SDK? Thanks!
