The map failed to download null object reference

Hello,

I am having a problem down loading a map in Collector on an Android device. I get the following error message.

I am able to open the map without downloading it and can make edits and save them. The feature layer does have required fields and I don’t know if the null object reference has to do with one of those fields.

I am using version 18.0.3 of Android Collector. I have not found a way to start logging in Android version of Collector. I did find the instructions for Apple version, but they did not work for me. How do you turn on logging for Android Collector?

Hello,

I found a post that talked about a basemap problem causing the error. I found this was my problem too. I can download a map in Collector if I use the USA Topo Maps and the Imagery basemaps. All others cause an error.
