Can I download a map from GISonline to then use In a powerpoint for example or share with people offline?

Can i download a map that i have made on arcgis online, then share it with other people?

I know this is possible on the desktop version of GIS but i don't know how to do it on the online version. And unfortunately with a mac i cannot download the desktop versions?

Take a look at ArcGIS Maps for Office:

ArcGIS Maps for Office

This will give you the ability to add a web map to your PowerPoint presentation.
