Refresh the contents of the open at this time of the attribute table

Question

Programmatically add records to FeatureClass, "extracted" from the layer on the map.
Update ActiveView - no problem - added objects appear on the map after ActiveView.Refresh.
Is it possible to update the contents of the open at this time of the attribute table this FeatureClass?
Or just close and reopen?

I noticed your post in the "MapObjects" forum, but reading your post, it seemed to me you are actually using ArcObjects, so I moved it over to that forum, so that you have a better chance of having the right people see it and hopefully reply to you.
