Hi! I'm working with a pretty large mosaic dataset and I need to do an unsupervised classification. Can I use the mosaic dataset with this tool?

Iso Cluster Unsupervised Classification—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop The required input are a raster layer and its bands or a subset thereof, it doesn't specify what is used to make the layer... give it a whirl with a small spatial subset of the given type prior to running on the full area.
