Excel sheet import to GeoEvent

Dear All ,

I am new in GeoEvent >>>
I have excel sheet is updated each 50 second my desktop (It is IVMS data ).I need to import it to GeoEvent to Create feature layer to display in dashboard .

My Question How to import it ????!!!
