DHEERABHAT LEELAWUTTICHOKE‌ - Thanks for bringing this to our notice. We identified and resolved an issue where the system got into a bad state due to a transient error condition and prevent returning users from opening notebooks.

How did you access the notebook? Notebook option in the navigation ribbon or create new notebook?
