Rounded thick polyline extremities

Hi,

When we increase the thickness of a polyline, its extremities are rounded instead of extending the line only laterally... Is there a way to avoid that?

Edit the symbol properties by changing the line type to a Cartographic Line Symbol. Then you will have the option to change the line caps to Butt or Square
