Hi. I have a dissolved point file. which I want to use for creating the polygon. This I am not able to create with Aggregate Point as I cannot fix the cluster distance. is there any way I can use iterator row selection and then to selected row if I can use aggregate points and get the output in one file.

That did work, but as you said there is an overlapping issue now.
have you tried to use Minimum Bounding Geometry—Help | ArcGIS Desktop on the multipoint featureclass using the Convex Hull option? This will create polygons, but I do think there will be overlap between polygons in some cases.
