i have a web map that i cannot take offline. i get an error when i "enable offline" : Wb map can not be taken offline ... bla bla.
Just read and see if anything gives you a lead though ...
based on everything working before a DNS change ... check none of the map links point to old name.
Use ArcGIS Online Assistant to see.
can you please specify what should i check in both the arcserver manager and local drive logs. PS: everything was working fine, until our client decided to change the domain name !
Double check you have followed all the steps in Prepare maps for offline use—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS
If still not working check the ArcServer Manager logs AND the local drive logs.
Main issue we have are unsported symbology, though no reference to such in error message.
