Adding Pie Chart in Pop up

Hi all,

New to ArcGIS online, (zero experience programming), and I'd like to configure the pop ups for each county in my state to show a pie chart breakdown of top employers for each county.

Can you import an image of the pie chart created in excel, then attach it to the popup?#

What's the easiest way to do this?

Ok.  Is there an option to do this in a story map template?

You can create a Dashboard.  One of the options is to show a pie chart.  You can then set up a list of Counties and set up a filter such that when you select the county it will filter the pie chart to only show the selected county or counties
