Showcase template combobox style

Hi,
Does anyone have a style template for a combobox that matches the Showcase Template?  I'm having a really hard time editing the default style template...

I attached a tentative of combobox style corresponding to the showcase application.

Include it in your resources and use it by setting the combobox style this way:
