Backup of the Content of the Arcgis portal

Dear All,

i would like to backup (or copy) the content of my arcgis online portal (Maps and feature layers or in FGDB  on my own local or cloud data storage space) and i wonder if you know a way to do this automatically (through running a script or something once in a while or realtime). i would be grateful if you could help me in anyway.
