Segregation Index tool

Question

Hi,  I'm having trouble using the segregation index tool.  I am trying to get a segregation index for each census tract in Boston.  I have entered the Boston Census Tracts shapefile (which I joined with the SF1 census data table) as the input feature.  Then as the group fields I have the population counts for non-Hispanic Whites, non-Hispanic Blacks, non-Hispanic Asians, and Hispanics.  When I try to run the segregation index tool, it creates a shapefile that has the population counts, but it doesn't create any kind of dissimilarity index.  Does anyone know what I need to do?

I am interested in applying this tool to an ArcPro project. Does the spatial segregation tool exist anymore?
