create fishnet missing from toolbox 10.4.1?

Question

I am new to this and just recently downloaded 10.4.1.  I am trying to follow a set of instructions and my create fishnet tool is missing from my toolbox in the location where it should be under data management tools, feature class...  Can anyone help me figure out how to find this tool.

Thank you, I found it there.  It is a different location from my instructions or anything I found on the internet.  Could it be that I didn't download everything that I needed, or is it just in a different location for 10.4.1?  I am just wondering if I missed a download and will run into this more.
