Invalid URL in esri maps for sap bussiness objects dashboard

While opening esri maps designer from SAP Dashboard it displays login screen and then i get this message:

An invalid ArcGIS Portal URL was entered. Please verify the URL.

the URL in my setting file is : "http://www.arcgis.com"
